Terms and conditions.

With Glass. Glass is a handmade item and therfore some small differences might occure but they are generally hard to spot. You can supply your own glass but please note that glass can break during the engraving process although this is very rare and unless I supply the glass to you I may not be able to replace the glass with an identical piece. Having your own glass engraved is done so at your own risk. 

With Engraving. I engrave by hand. My work is not sandblasted, lasered or produced with any other non human form of technique. Therefor some differences can occur. But this is kept to a minimum.

Custom work and Commissions. Any custom work or commissions etc depends on the amount of information you give me to work with. You can't give me too much information. The more I have, the more satisfied you will be. Of course I am always willing to offer advise and advise limitations etc but helps for you to give me something to star with. 

Pricing. Pricing is done by an hourly/day rate and I will advise and give quotes on a job to job basis. 

Shipping. All items can be picked up in person or can be shipped. The cost of shipping depends on what the item is and where it's going etc. Should you wish to have something sent, please just let me know and I can quickly sort the prices out for you.
